Kristy’s construction experience began at the tender age of 9 years old, ferrying shingles to her dad (Gary) on roofs as he completed projects. From there her knowledge base expanded by managing the day-to-day operations of a stucco company as well as laboring in the field on several jobsites as needed. Kristy gained additional experience managing a construction office for another contractor in Ocala before joining Benmar Construction in 2007.  Kristy has been instrumental in the pioneering days of this company coordinating the office chaos of a new company. Kristy has served in every capacity in the office from receptionist, scheduler, permit technician, office manager, payroll, bookkeeper, vendor relations, and every other position a construction company may have. As Benmar has grown Kristy has taken on the role of permit manager and assists greatly in the office team.  Kristy is a full-time single mother of three beautiful girls and she feels blessed to work with family, is proud of her journey whom she credits to God. Kristy loves to unwind by relaxing around a campfire or playing board games with her family and friends.
